Sarah, 24, Rochester Hills

I’m the founder and executive director of Think Girl and I’m a web designer at WXYZ-TV. My interest in women’s issues stemmed from a women’s studies class I took in college. I was really kind of pissed with how much I didn’t know, so I started TG as a result of that. We try to cover as many issues as possible to create an educational resource and have recently launched workshops for teen girls focusing on body image and media literacy. (If you know anyone that might be interested in hosting a workshop let us know!)
